Chocolate Raspberry Porter

This is our VERY FIRST ACTUAL PORTER and we could not be happier with how it’s turned out! The chocolate and raspberry bring out the roastiness that comes naturally with porters. Have a couple with dinner – porters don’t fill you up the same way a stout might!

N/A Hop Water

This highly carbonated sparkling water starts w/ a dose of pure essential hop oil to give it some familiar hop vibes without any bitter bite. Then we backed that up with the perfect hit of citrus w/ some lemon and lime.

This beautifully dark beer, as the name suggests, instantly became a classic! Pale chocolate and black malt bring out the chocolaty and nutty flavors while the lactose gives it a creamy mouthfeel. A psychodelically, smooth beer that’s out of this world delicious!

Mexican Lager

Summer vibes are created by good beer and music! Named after 2 Dudes in Flip Flops, our fun local duo that plays tunes that will have you wasting away! This Mexican Lager has two small additions of emerald spire to give a crisp mouthfeel. A perfect light and fresh cerveza to enjoy on those hot summer days!

It’s not a dream that this cream ale is the perfect intro if you are just getting into craft beer! A light and crisp ale that tastes like a beers beer! C.R.E.A.M. stands for Coopersville Recreation, Education, Arts, and Music. We are proud to say that we are able to give a portion of our sales from this beer back to the community.

Pale Porter

“Hey, Careful, Man, There’s A Beverage Here!” We load this pale porter up with cocoa nibs during the boil, and at the end of fermentation we add Love Potion #9 coffee from Magnum Coffee Roastery. This light in color and body beer has a smooth porter taste that really Ties the Room Together! The Dude abides.

Milk Stout with Hazelnut and Chocolate

Who doesn’t love that oh-so-famous hazelnut spread!? This milk stout has pale chocolate and black malt that bring roasty, nutty and chocolate flavors along with a beautiful dark color. A big heap of lactose sugar at the beginning of the boil process makes sure this stout has a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Topping it off with hazelnut and chocolate completes this delicious dessert-like beer!

Midwest IPA

Our ode to the famous Coopersville landfill, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure! This American style IPA gets a heavy dose of Paradigm and Aztec hops each step of the way during the boiling process leaving big hoppy flavors and aroma. We also add light caramel  and honey biscuit to give a smooth malty taste and medium brown coloring. An easy-drinking IPA from start to finish!

Juicy IPA

Our #1 selling beer since day one! A juicy blend of  Michigan proprietary hops. The addition of a second dry hop makes way for a strong hop flavor and aroma. Locally grown wheat and malted barley creates a fuller body and mouthfeel. This is one fresh and juicy IPA!
