🎭🍻 SUNDAY SUPPER CLUB: MARDI GRAS EDITION 🍻🎭 Let the good food roll.

We’re kicking off our first Sunday Supper Club dinner of the year with beads, butter, smoke, and a whole lot of Louisiana soul. Join us at Coopersville Brewing Company for a one-night-only Mardi Gras feast that brings New Orleans flavor straight to the taproom.

📅 Sunday, February 1st ⏰ Dinner starts at 5:00 PM 🕓 Taproom closes early at 4:00 PM so the magic can happen

This entire dinner is a passion project from Chef Kyle and our kitchen squad, built to be bold, indulgent, and unapologetically festive. Expect smoke, spice, rich gravies, and plates you’ll still be thinking about on Tuesday.

🎟 Tickets: $49 per person 🍺 Optional beer pairing available, expertly curated by Head Brewer & Certified Cicerone® Ryno because Mardi Gras deserves a proper drinking plan.

🥘 THE MENU (aka the parade lineup)

Smoked Chicken Salad (Amuse Bouche) Smoked chicken, trinity, Louisiana hot sauce, house pickle, saltine cracker

Corn Bread Corn bread, mussel butter, tomato gravy, green onion

Warm Black Eyed Pea Salad Andouille vinaigrette, fresh onion

Gumbo Smoked chicken, trinity, black roux, white rice, green onion

Shrimp & Grits Andouille-stuffed jumbo shrimp, cornmeal crusted and flash fried, smoked cheddar & buttermilk grits, lobster gravy, green onion

Beignets Strawberry cheesecake-stuffed beignets, powdered sugar snowfall

This is a seated, ticketed experience with limited spots. No plastic beads required, but stretchy pants are encouraged. Come hungry, stay awhile, and start the year with a proper feast.

Wednesdays every week

Join us for trivia every Wednesday! Hosted by Big Mike every other week, and by someone from the brewery on the other weeks. Always a good time with gift cards up for grabs!

Grab your green gear and your beer buddies. We’re taking St. Patty’s Day on the road. 

 Join us Saturday, March 14th for a full-blown brewery hop adventure, complete with snacks, shenanigans, and a ride that lets you enjoy every sip responsibly. 

 🎟 Tickets: $49 per person (very limited seats available) 

 Your ticket includes: 

🍺 One drink ticket 

🧀 Nacho bar opens at noon

 🎉 St. Patrick’s Day party supplies 

🚌 Bus transportation departing at 2pm to:

• City Built Brewing Company 

 After the tour, we’ll head back to Coopersville Brewing Company for live music with the Jess & Mike Duo 🎶 

 Expect good beer, loud laughs, questionable dance moves, and zero need to argue about who’s driving.
